Scott Arkills joins Silver State Schools Credit Union in 2016 with seven years of executive experience in credit unions, and he has a wide array of financial services experience serving in various executive positions at large national and international Banks and consumer finance Organizations over the past 32 years. He has most recently served as SVP/Chief Lending Officer and prior to that, Chief Operating Officer of Pen Air Federal Credit Union ("Pen Air"). He held similar positions with Congressional Federal Credit Union and with National Institutes of Health Federal Credit Union, before joining Pen Air. He  earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA and he has attended the CUES CEO Institute I: Strategic Planning at the Wharton School Aresty Institute of Executive Education.
