Julia Aronov

Meet Julia Aronov, the Andson Money Coordinator for the Financial Literacy Department. Julia is a born and raised Las Vegan with Russian roots. Her parents are both from Moskow, Russia and are a big inspiration in Julia’s life. She says, “they are very enlightening people who have tried their hardest to build the best lives possible for themselves, as well as for me and my brother.” She has been a part of our Andson family for three years, starting as a tutor for Andson’s Southern Highlands Boys & Girls Club after school program. She devotes her time at Andson to redesigning and editing our Financial Literacy curriculum to better serve our students and give them the tools they will need to lead financially fit lives. She hopes to be an inspiration to students in Andson’s Financial Literacy programs with her behind-the-scenes work by developing fun and engaging curriculum. Aside from her excellent work with Andson, Julia plans to begin her own academic journey at UNLV in the Fall of 2017, seeking a degree in business. At home, Julia loves cooking and watching movies with her family, practicing yoga, and listening to music. If Julia could give one piece of advice, it would be, “Everything happens for a reason. Be positive and live life passionately.”
