John Coogan currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for MVS Pet Care, an at-home veterinary care franchise company, and as co-owner of its Las Vegas-based franchise.

Prior to joining MVS Pet Care, Mr. Coogan worked in the non-profit and technology sectors for over twenty years, focusing on strategic planning, fundraising infrastructure, donor operations, and program services management.

Throughout his non-profit career, Mr. Coogan has been responsible for the solicitation of over 100 million dollars in charitable gifts from individuals, corporations and foundations, as well as the deployment of critical fundraising programming and infrastructure.

Mr. Coogan applied his commitment to at-risk children and the military in various roles, most notably serving as President of the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation, President of Folded Flag Foundation, Executive Director for Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, and Director of Technology/Infrastructure for Wounded Warrior Project. He continues his service in an advisory role to a number of organizations focused on the health and welfare of children and military families.

Prior to his work in the non-profit sector, Coogan held various technical leadership roles with PwC and VERITAS Software Corporation, among other organizations.

 Mr. Coogan holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a master's degree in Business Administration and Information Systems Management from the University of Texas' McCombs School of Business. He also recently completed the Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders at Stanford University.
