The Piggy Bank Program is featured on Edutopia!

Edutopia is a comprehensive website and online community that increases knowledge, sharing, and adoption of what works in K-12 education. They  recently featured the Piggy Bank Program, through which K-5 students at Walter Bracken STEAM Academy had saved over $30,000 in one year!

Spotlight on Bridger Middle School

The magnet program at Bridger Middle School provides so many incredible opportunities for the students, exposing them to careers in the fields of robotics, aerospace, aviation, biomedicine, and computer technology.

Andson is committed to helping the students at Bridger reach their full potential and excel academically. By providing after school tutoring, we can ensure each student is working at grade level and is able to participate in all that the school has to offer.

Spotlight on Vegas Verdes Elementary School

January's spotlight is on Vegas Verdes Elementary School. Andson operates after school programs in several locations, three of which are Zone schools: Hollingsworth, Sunrise Acres and Vegas Verdes Elementary Schools. This month, we are focusing out spotlight on Vegas Verdes Elementary School.

Spotlight on Laura Dearing Elementary School

Laura Dearing Elementary School is one of four schools in which Andson partners with CCSD through PASS (Proficiency Academy for Student Success) funding. This is a collaborative effort between the school and Andson to meet specific school improvement goals as outlined in PASS grants.

Andson Money and the Piggy Bank Program

Andson is deeply committed to promoting financial literacy and ensuring that all students have the tools they need to effectively manage their money and their future. Financial literacy in today's world is as important as learning to read and write, yet most students are ill-prepared to manage their money.

Andson Finds their Nitch - 2013

A video made to raise awareness of Andson Foundation, focused heavily on Andson Academics.

Andson's Summer Program

Andson partnered with Vegas PBS to provide Martha Speaks, a reading program based on the hit cartoon which teaches kids vocabulary skills. Together, we were able to increase vocabulary by 69% over the summer of 2013. This program was facilitated through Boys & Girls Clubs, St. Jude's Ranch for Children and YMCA.
